Shipping & Returns

 

We offer Canada Post or other courier shipping companies and ship within Canada and Internationally.

When completing your order select your preferred shipping option.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via Canada Post to Canadian addresses and/or other courier companies for international shipping.

The number of days it will take Canada Post to deliver your order to you, after they have received it from us, will vary depending on your address.  This does not include the time we require to process your order before we can give it to Canada Post for shipping.

We will notify you within 24 business hours of placing your order of the expected shipping date.

If you would like your order shipped by an alternative shipping carrier, please indicate in comments during the checkout or email us and we can advise you of other options and pricing.

We reserve the right to modify shipping charges at any time without notification.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After your order is placed, we will verify that your products are available and you will be notified within 24 business hours of placing your order to confirm the status and expected shipping date of your order.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, unexpected back orders of products may occur or manufacturers may discontinue or have limited availability of certain items. We will notify you if the merchandise is not available and provide you with other options.

Please note that while we strive to be as accurate as possible we cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Santé Wear Inc. will gladly accept returns on unworn and unused Santé Wear Inc. products within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to make a return, please send us an email to: info@santewear.com with your contact information and copy of purchase receipt.

All returns must include a proper return authorization number on the shipping box in order to be processed. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be assigned and send to by by email that you provided.

Purchase may be refunded within 30 days of the purchase date on the receipt.

Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 48 hours to reflect on credit or debit card accounts depending on the bank associated with the card.

Clothing must be unworn and in perfect condition in original package. If clothing has been worn, we are unable to accept a return.

Customer is responsible for shipping and customs on all international and internal returns.

For custom made clothing, unfortunately we do not accept the return.
